According to most recent reports, TV performing artist Paras Kalnawat (Meri Durga Fame) has been reserved in to play the male lead in this new show. He will article the part of Kabir Khan in Maryam.

The main part of Maryam will be played by a novice young lady from Indore.

The show will go on floors in April in Bhopal.
