Remake Of Old Songs Is The New Trend Of Bollywood, See Pics!

As we all know that it is not a new trend to rework and remix old superhits tracks and introduce them as new songs in films but last year 2016 saw an exceptional number of rehashed songs in Bollywood.

Starting from ‘Humma Humma’ to ‘Aaj Jane Ki Zid Na Karo’ to the rather new Jagjit Singh’s ‘Koi Fariyad’. We had an era which saw the rise of fantastic music composers like A.R. Rahman, Jatin-Lalit, Nadeem–Shravan, Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy and their music, which was to die for. And with indie pop artists like Lucky Ali, Euphoria, and even Sonu Nigam upping the ante, our original music market was boomeranging. Now, their songs are being remixed and rehashed!

Check out the songs:

1. Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor – ‘Ok Jaanu’

The original song saw Sonali Bendre dancing to the mesmerizing tunes of AR Rahman. Now the new track of Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur looks really sassy, the chemistry is rocking. Listen to the new version of the song and dance on it.

2. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor – ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

In the revived version you will see Aishwarya seducing Ranbir and this song has gained immense love from people. Listen to it:

3. Neha Sharma and Aditya Seal – ‘Tum Bin 2’

Legendary Jagjit Singh’s voice was one of the major attractions of the 90s hit ‘Tum Bin’. When Anubhav Sinha made a sequel to the film this year, he ensured we do not miss the vice of the ghazal maestro. He incorporated few lines by Jagjit into the new song.

4. Sana Khan – ‘Wajah Tum Ho’

A soulful and new accoustic version of ‘Pal Pal Dil Ke Pas’ took a great limelight because of Sana and Gurmeet Choudhary’s hot chemistry. But it didn’t get that success at the box office.
While the original had Kishore Kumar’s voice, Arijit Singh has recreated it for the new film.
